This is often caused by using the wrong account for login or purchasing the incorrect license. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Verify if the account used to log in to the product matches the account used when purchasing.

3. Verify if the application is up to date (recommended to update to the latest version before use).
4. Check your internet. Presentory membership requires internet connectivity for verification.

You will receive a reminder if your account balance is insufficient to use the AI projects generation function. You can click the purchase button in the pop-up or the persistent purchase button at the top of the AI dialogue to make a purchase.

AI credits are used to pay for the expenses incurred during AI project generation.

Currently, the deduction of AI credits is calculated based on the actual generated presentation content.
